The facility has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are on the first or second floor, and they have large windows with plenty of light coming in. There are 3 compartments within the first and second floor that have independent entrance doors on 3 different sides of the house. The first compartment has a bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom, and a kitchen. The second compartment has a bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom and a kitchenette. The third compartment contains the other bedrooms in the house, and has a full bathroom and a kitchenette.
The house also has a large basement area that will be dedicated for: artistic expressions , hobbyist experiments, exercise, entertainment and music production. The house welcomes its guests who prefer driving over metro train, with its 6 private outdoor parking spots, and 1 private covered parking spot. The lawn has a special grass from southeast Asia which does NOT need mowing, watering, or weeding. The second compartment of the house opens up into a garden area enclosed with artistic translucent bamboo fence. The garden has a variety of plants, a beautiful turf, and an audacious red and black mulch art which is a walkable map of the world!
